Privacy Policy

ReflowablePDF is a dedicated PDF-to-EPUB product. The desktop app reads local PDF files, prepares conversion jobs, and uses either hosted OCR credits or your own Mistral API key for OCR.

PDF Processing

When hosted OCR credits are used, PDF files or temporary PDF assets are sent to ReflowablePDF OCR infrastructure for conversion. The app actively deletes the temporary source after success or failure; a 24-hour bucket lifecycle is a cleanup fallback. When BYOK mode is used, OCR requests are made with the API key you configure in the desktop app.

Devices And Credits

V1 does not require an account. We store a random device ID, credit ledger, conversion job state, and checkout records required to purchase credits and verify usage. Payment email is retained only for payment support and manual credit recovery.

Website Analytics

The website may use analytics to understand page visits, referrers, device category, and browser information. Analytics does not grant us access to your local PDFs.
